What is the difference between a Standard Membership and a Premium Membership?

For Sugar Babies:

- Standard -

  • Can use all of our Basic search features (including searching for Certified Members)
  • Must have at least one public profile picture to send messages and Winks
  • Seen as a Standard Member in searches

- Premium -

  • Are seen as Featured Members on our site
  • Have the option of keeping all photos private while still accessing mailbox
  • Can use our Basic and Advanced search features
  • Highlighted orange profile in searches

For Sugar Daddies/Sugar Mommies:

- Standard -

  • Able to receive messages and Winks
  • Can use all of our Basic search features (including searching for Certified Members)
  • Seen as a standard member in searches

- Premium -

  • Able to send messages and Winks
  • Are seen as Featured on our site
  • Have the option of keeping all photos private
  • Can use our Basic and Advanced search features
  • Highlighted orange profile in searches

What is a Diamond Club Membership and what does it include?

Only Sugar Daddies can be Diamond Club Members. Diamond Club Members pay a significantly higher fee to have their profile featured as such, and to receive premium placement on our site. The Diamond Club is for Sugar Daddies who want to receive more responses from Sugar Babies.

Do you offer refunds on memberships?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We provide every new member with a limited trial so they can be sure they want to purchase credits or a membership. Accordingly, please be sure you want to purchase a membership with us prior to doing so.

I am in college. How do I get a free Premium membership?

To be upgraded to a free College account, please change your email address to your university email address that ends in .edu. Our system will not upgrade you if you do not have a university email address that ends in .edu.

To change your email address, please follow these simple steps:

  • Login to your account.
  • Click on "Account," which is located at the top of the page.
  • Find the "CHANGE EMAIL" form on this page.
  • Fill in the form with your new email address and your current password.

You will then receive a new account activation email. If you do not see one arrive promptly, please check your spam/junk folder. Once activated, your upgrade will be reflected on your next login. To see changes reflected, please logout and login again.

Please note that your university may have specific usage restrictions and consequences relating to their email system that we are not aware of.
